Use sources that you can justify such as the World Bank, UN, WHO, CDC, etc and try to understand how they actually calculate the externalities and the specific solutions best recommended. Examples include:
- Air pollution
- Climate change
- Factory farming
- Smoking
- Traffic
- Public education
- Vaccinations
- Tree farms
- Large construction projects like airports or stadiums
- Etc.
